Erica Cerra was born in Toronto, Canada on 31 October 1979. Her most famous role was that of the deputy Jo Lupo from the Syfy television series Eureka. Cerra was born to Italian parents in Vancouver British Columbia. Since the age of 8 Cerra was captivated by her passion to act. Cerra was a regular in numerous commercials while a young child. At one point, she paused her performing and came back in 2001, at the age of 22. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine voted her as one of Vancouvers hottest young actors. Cerra has appeared as the character Deputy Jo Lupo in Eureka a Syfy series which was broadcast between 2006 between 2006 and 2012. Cerra was also featured in the Michael Buble video Save the Last Dance for Me in the year 2006. Cerra's credits include starring roles on several critically and popularly recognized television shows such as Battlestar Galactica. Cerra has also appeared in numerous major films including Man About Town, with Ben Affleck & Rebecca Romijn and Blade:Trinity which features Wesley Snipes. Cerras' face and body were used as models for characters like Ashley Williams for the Mass Effect series of video games. On her list of credits include Cold Squad (Canadian detective procedural), Special Unit 2 (monster-hunting action drama), and The Collector, a supernatural thriller. Khondabi said that she married Joey Scribner Howard, her sweetheart from high school who is a mechanical engineering within the energy utilities sector. Khondabi declared that Joey and she first met in the classroom at Greenwood Christian School, and they were close friends throughout their college years, before beginning dating as senior high school students. Howard relocated to Irmo and then graduated from Dutch Fork High School but the two Khondabi were friends for a while and eventually began to date. Khondabi has graduated from Emerald High School in 2007 as well as the University of South Carolina in 2011, obtaining a broadcast journalism degree. She also has a minor in Entertainment and Sports Management. Joey, too, is an USC grad. Liam, their pet dog is the sole pet of their family. Khondabi revealed that both she and Joey enjoy eating and among the food items they love to eat at home is onion rings from Dixie Drive-In. Khondabi said, "I'm interested.
